Trinity e-Learning, therefore, works towards achieving two key objectives for our customers over three years: |

Because passively reading reams of documentation via a computer screen is not e-learning, Trinity e-Learning develops instructionally designed and highly interactive custom content for our discerning customers and delivers in two learning formats:
- CBT—Computer-based training programs are delivered via CD-ROM/ DVD. In this format, the customer requires just a PC/ laptop for the learner to access the courseware directly from the CD-drive. Performance tracking is enabled via cookies. Unique logins and passwords are provided to protect the contents in the disk.
- WBT—Web-based training programs are delivered via the organizational Intranet, the Internet, or on a Learning Management System (LMS). In this format, the customer requires servers to store the program/ LMS and PC/ laptop for the learner to access the courseware. Performance tracking is enabled via server-side databases or by the LMS itself.
For urgent requirements, our content-off-the-shelf (COTS) library offers CBTs on typical knowledge-level/ foundational learning needs, such as Time Management, Professional Etiquette, Leadership, Facility Security, Information Security, Anti-Money Laundering, Finance for Non-Finance, to name a few. |

Unlike yesteryears, today’s knowledgeable L&D managers are quite well aware that simply dumping existing instructor-led training (ILT) content onto their company’s Intranet is not learning automation. Precisely for such versed customers, Trinity e-Learning offers a bouquet of technology-enabled learning solutions, including:
- Content Development—includes end-to-end development of e-learning scripts, multimedia elements, and e-learning courseware
- Content Conversion—encompasses converting the existing content from ILT format to CBT format and ILT/ CBT format to WBT format
- Content Maintenance—wherein the customer’s legacy e-learning content is updated and annual maintenance contracts are established
- Content Localization—comprises transliteration and translation from English to Indian languages and other International languages
- COTS Licensing—wherein licenses of readymade e-learning content can be purchased for a fraction of the cost of developing custom content
- LBPO Consultancy— covers a range of learning business process outsourcing services such as needs analysis, training calendar preparation, learning measurement, skill transference, open-source blog/ wiki/ LMS configuration
- Learning Insourcing—associates a dedicated on-site team or off-site team to a customer for a period
All these require a systematic yet flexible approach to project execution, as summarized below… |

Process |

Sensitive to the fact that processes should be a boon to the development team and not a bane to our customers, Trinity e-Learning has defined a simple development process, which is a judicious blend of ADDIE model, PMP standards, and Agile model:
- Project Planning & Setup—encompasses requirements analyses, project plan development, and preparation of project team and systems/ infrastructure
- Prototype Development—comprises courseware shell/ engine design, sample learning unit development, and standardization for rapid production
- Learning Units Development—includes design of unit-wise storyboards, development of unit-wise multimedia, and integration of content into learning units
- Courseware Deployment—covers the packaging of courseware, delivery on CD/ LMS, and post-delivery support over a period
For the initiated, the Trinity e-Learning development process integrates the best practices and benefits of the waterflow and iterative models, yet not the challenges of these time-tested approaches.
